In Idol 12, during the Rekha ji episode when Pawandeep and Sawai performed with both of them on dholak, that was one of the best performances of the season.

They were used for promos to attract audience, otherwise if known in advance only one judge and that also Neha, then no audience. On serous note I've been asking the same question for a long time. Seems makers+channel creative time have short memory as they were busy how to promote you know who. OR just fooled the audience

Interesting to note (as a fan) that a duet of Arunita and Pawandeep is still seen as a key attraction even 3 years after Idol 12 ended. For various reasons that we have discussed earlier, Idol 12 really was probably the most popular singing reality shows so far.
