Not every show needs angst . Ishq Jalebi didn’t have any angst and had a cute romance but I was entertained.

Why should Rida Bilal learn from Nooran how to write romance?Her "boring" romance was loved by many people.Romance can be shown in many forms.Not everything has to be angsty and passionate

Their scenes had nok jhok which made their scenes entertaining and enjoyable. Actors presence can also makes a difference. In DNUTN ,Jimmy Rakhi has no angts but their scenes were written beautifully and actors performed really well that's why audience enjoyed that dark show too. But In janejahan actors lacked in their performances+ boring writing made their scenes more boring.

Yes DNUTN was more about emotional connection .

I think krq needs to take some suggestions from nooran because munna and zarnab from gm are hella boring. There's no spark, no chemistry, they look quite plain and bland.

I like firey chemistry from the leads, these two make me sleep with their boring dynamics in the show.

Since this is being discussed, I really watched first few episodes , but couldn't like it all thanks to boring characters of HAA and Ayeza . Shehraam appeared depressed most of the time and Ayeza as Mahnoor also didn't hold my interest.

To think of it, I loved the same couple in Pyare Afzal n was heartbroken when they gave an unexpected sad ending. But here, I couldn't sit through the drama.

I think it's all about how engaging the plot is and how you feel about the characters.

Rida did write khudgarz where it's ML is angsty
