rishta never really does triangles..there may be a third angle for a short time..but the third angles always end in rishta..also rishta is not ghum 1,,,ghum 1 was virats story..he was the central figure with the 2 women in his life like ghum,2 is his daughters story.. here in rishta..it’s always the legacy heroines story..so Gen 4 is abhiras story.‘everything will revolve around her.. we can see now that Ruhi is out of podaars house..the goenkas don’t seem to have any purpose in the story. They are only hanging around because abhiras revelation needs to happen..and This is not Armaans story ..he and the podaars are only important as long as he’s part of abhiras life..should they choose to make abhira move on with another man..Armaan and his family will no longer serve any purpose in this show..that’s how rishta operates.’.🤷🏻♀️But rishta involves many relationships..not just the relationship between the hero and heroine..so there’s alot they can show.. so,it’s very different from ghum 1. It was just the intial stage of ghum 1 that they followed..or maybe it was the original kusum dola..but rishta has deviated from those shows a while ago’’already.’
I agree they should get done with the Goenka revelation.. it’s an unnecessary expense to the show … they can close of the family connection with MG dying in remorse … he has a heart to heart with Abhira
because it’s been 10 months to this gen ..and the reveal will not have any major impact now ..it should have happened 4/5 months in the story ..
yes the story needs a triangle but that can be with any other actress too .. later on ..They need a parallel family with which they can do tu tu mein .. in festivals
For a change atleast Madhav tried to have a conversation with Armaan regarding Abhira that didn't include blame game, he advised Armaan to show Abhira how much he loves her not through grand gestures but by giving love to her, loving her struggles, thinking & everything related to her. I feel TRP viewers will like Ar-Ab trying to find ways to reconcile M-V though Vidya is a dumb puppet she won't flip until she gets to know about Dadisa-Abhira's deal. Regarding forgiveness, Vidya who herself couldn't forgive Madhav in so many years for a photo of his ex-wife and for leaving her on their first night wants Abhira to forgive Armaan in a week even after believing that Ruhi was his first love (according to Ab/Dadisa/Ruhi after seeing that video or after confrontation with Ruhi) but he confessed to Ab that she is his first love (which means according to Ab's logic he lied to her while having a heartfelt confession).
