It's a general dig, Kartik didn't take any names but it's good that someone dragged these farzi sympathy seeking insider wale outsiders like Ranveer, Kiara, Vicky etc who gets a free pass despite the obvious insider advantage. I don't think anyone would drag Sidharth Malhotra as firstly he's an outsider and secondly he's super irrelevant though I get why ppl would get confused as Kjo keeps giving him projects one after the other eventhough he's a tried and tested BO poison
