Why independent and smart women like Maya and Shruti fell in love with Anuj . What did they show him that they both went obsessed with him ??

He is wealthy, educated, respectable toward women, and reasonably good-looking. These reasons are good enough to make women fall for him. Only thing is his looks don't conform to his on-screen age and his Anu jaap is hell annoying.

He does so much Meri Anu, Meri Anu that I think women start fantasizing about him doing the same japa mala for them. Maya wanted Anuj to chant Meri Maya Meri Maya.. Shruti wants him to do Meri Shruti Meri Shruti. They don't understand that he does that Jaap not so much out of love, but because of some manufacturing defect that happened by the natural force when it created this creature called Anuj. It's more like a glitch, a stuck tape recorder. Nothing emotional about him. No point wasting time.

I don't recall this show specifying anything like that. The only thing the PH has done so far is fool the audience show "green screen" calling it NYC

Rich millionaire, business tycoon etc - the actor was able to pull off looking like one when he was first introduced. Both looks and acting had elegance and finesse back then. Now, he looks like cheap, street side romeo who is good for nothing.

It is a mystery how anyone can like him, leave alone being obsessed. Exactly like the unsolved mystery how anyone can go head over heels for Anupamaa!!
