BB has given everyone a customized special phone on which they will receive messages/instructions from BB.
They will be able to chat to other participants later on. When BB says. Not open currently.
Only Sultan had a different special phone since she is the Outsider. She has an extra chat channel apart from the regular BB one. She can be removed as outsider too if public feedback is negative. She can never reveal it to others even if she is fired.
