So..we can't say...every thing depends on trp.

Jhanak won't do anything like this as she's very well aware of the limitations, but she got happy and emotional after his confession.

Also, he's having a high fever, so it's not possible. Jhanak was upset just because he forgot his confession. The makers are trying to confuse us. Jhanak's only concern is the confession, which she didn't expect at all and unable to resist him even for a hug as since the day one, she's always tried to maintain a physical distance with him

However, those hugs during their emotional moments as well as her hand-holding at various times significantly overwhelmed her, which is almost equivalent to any high-level intimacy, as her mind considered him as Arshi's fiancé but her heart as her husband.

That's why she's saying that everything has changed after that night, as her physical distance guard has been broken.
