I was so impressed by the teaser and have deluded myself into believing that it is directed by Badar and that the whole drama will be like the teaser. But seriously farhat ishtiaq writes love stories like no other and the whole seven stages of ishq plotline is just pure catnip to me.

But BRKRJ had a better teaser than KMKT i found it very similar to MPHT and seven stages of love was already shown in that sumedh Mallika drama back in 2018

Isn't she a film star as well with hit films in her kitty? Wahaj's popularity is recent and yet only he is expected to bring in viewers forgetting the fact that we have a bigger star in the starcast..

I trust Hania to bring in views for KMKT but Fahad has been out of the game for like 10 years. I doubt he has gotten that online audience pull. I'm not overestimating Wahaj, he has given three commercial hits back to back. As for Danish & Feroze even they are able to retain only a section of their audience from their previous blockbusters. Bilal, we have yet to see with Kashif Nisar's drama. No doubt his show on a lesser known channel did better than Green's supposed blockbusters but whether he's able to sustain the hype or not that's yet to be seen.

I think we should keep expectations low because the same writer's show with a maverick director like haisaam and ensemble star cast and comeback of biggest superstar of pak is a flop online and offline so you never know smd also might have the same fate as it has actors with no audience pull.

Let's not bring GM here. Channel factor bhi hai. But the point is noted that starpower only takes you so far and there are lots of other factors that determine what attracts neutral audiences.

The writer is Farhat Ishtiyaq. Her leads have substance. It would nowhere be like Saathiya.
