Tu ne jo na kaha- MG OS PT2
The next morning they woke up married, or so they thought. Geet saw a ring adorned on her finger upon waking up and thought of the worse. She wanted to cry but then thought that she had to act rational and get the heavy oaf off of her that was currently breathing down her neck. "Seriously, how deeply does this guy sleep?" she thought while attempting to get him off. He sadly instead hugged her more. "Hey, wake up nah" she said, getting desperate as the time passed. "Mhhhhh wait what" Maan said. "I need you to get off me so I can calmly get ready and figure out what went down last night" Geet said.
Maan watched Geet get up from the bed, look at her phone, shriek at it and then hurry into the bathroom. "Why are you so stressed?" Maan asked also getting up from the bed. "Unlike you, I have a job and my team needs me to be standby" "I had a meeting which has been moved up, my team is stressing, I am stressing but here I am, in a hotel room with a stranger whom I may have drunkenly married with a gorgeous ring on my finger". "A ring? wait let me see" "Oh yeah we didn't get married, you see last night you saw this ring in my pocket and insisted on wearing it" "really?" " Then why do you carry a ring inside your pocket?" Maan looked at her and sighted, Maan answered that it was the ring he was going to use to propose to his ex but never did, he had meant to throw the ring into the nearby river of the hotel and get closure but before he could do that, he met Geet and the rest was history.
Geet was over the moon realizing that she had in fact NOT married a complete stranger. Happily she decided to get out of the bathroom until she realized she only had a robe on. She asked Maan to get some clothes for her from the hotel boutique.
"For an Indian woman you don't seem haggard about spending an entire night with a complete stranger in a strange city in an unknown hotel" Maan said.
"So, you want me to scream like a crazy woman? I can do that" Geet said with a threat in her voice, still in the bathroom.
"No no no, don't scream pls. I will get you some clothes and order some breakfast" Maan said as he hurriedly got out of the room after placing a breakfast order via his phone.
Maan wandered the hotel, seeking the boutique. After finding it he talked to the sales person and carefully chose a few pieces he thought would suit Geet nicely. On the way to the room back he stumbled upon the hotel bakery where some delicious smelling fresh bread was baking, he however opted to get 2 slices of raspberry shortcake for himself and Geet.
"Dear wifey" he joked "I'm back". He turned his back around, handed Geet her new clothes and sat on the bed, eating the cake. As soon as Geet stepped out of the bathroom, the hotel room dinged signaling the arrival of breakfast.
"Let's feast" Maan said, aiming the rich breakfast items.
Together they had a nice and quiet pleasing morning breakfast. Maan asked what Geet was going to do now in the big unknown city.
Geet answered that she was going to the business district as her meeting was going to be held there.
"and after that?" Maan asked.
"I'm going to explore the city" Geet answered, while drinking her glass of blueberry juice.
A sharp grin appeared on Maan's face "I will join you, wait for me to get ready and we'll go together"
Geet wanted to protest "No, Maan, we're complete strangers, it's been fun up until now but I don't know you and we need to part ways "
