Just so frustrating

Nothing but just my rant about this show.

Why all the kids of shiv shakti has been shown as ultimate spoiled brats.

We all know lord ganesha's story so in his story it is acceptable to certain point that in order to stop lord shiva, ganesha talked rudely. But thats it. He is the most humble and compassionate dev. So to that level it is acceptable.

Though ashok sundari is shown as understanding and sweet but still in the episode where one asur kidnaps her, and the episode afterwards, she is shown as too judgemental, opinionated and head strong, almost borderline arrogant.

And kartikeya is just shown as most spoilt, bratty, arrogant, egoistic, problematic teenager. They totally ruined his character. He is great lord Murugan, a warrior, dev of courage. He is worshipped to get blessings of positivity and auspiciousness. And here they have shown him as so negative. He is shown as disrespecting his parents every now and then. He seems vengeful and short tempered towards everyone.

And all this is so frustrating. Like pulling out one's hair level frustrating.

In order to make that emotional connect with viewers, they have "humanised" shiv shakti to the extent where it actually ruins the whole effect. They have been repeating this same pattern with every track. I guess they keep highlighting their tag line "tap, tyag, tandav" everytime. While the other shows portrays Shiva Parvati as almost coolest superheroes, and it should be like that because they are great lords, the creator themselves, but here they keep focussing on the concept that its not easy to be supreme lord. With great power comes great responsibility. Shiva Shakti had to go through lots of pain, sacrifices, hardships for the sake of world.

This kind of make that emotional connect when a normal human sees great lords going through the same kind of problems and emotions but on the other side its all so frustrating. I mean I cringe everytime some random asur keeps giving any threat to Shiv Shakti or diti, she is very annoying by the way, says dialogue and behaves like some vamp in saas bahu shows. I can't imagine my Shiv Shakti going through immense pain and difficulties for every trivial issue in the world.

Then one more thing which ruins the impact of any track is their over explanation. They waste so much time in over explaining and elaborated dialogues when they are not even needed. It ruins the experience actually. For example, the sati dying track was supposed to be fast paced but they streched it so much that I didn't feel anything otherwise I used to get goosebumps whenever I watched that track in other shows.

Anyways, nothing is going to change. So my rant ends here.

Ram amd Shubha just look divine as Shiv and Shakti. I keep watching for them.
