Minu loved Jhanak means other Basu ladies will hate Minu more … I think she will also realise about Ani liking Jhanak .. if she is paired with Chooton then she’s new addition to good people team .. then let’s see if Daadi will like her or change herself

I think he thinks too much where J is concerned.

My rationale for this - we are missing something Ani is doing. All his dialogs and mind voices indicate he is doing something very sacrificial for Jhanak, and it sounds like it is beyond what we see wrt zimeedari and insaaniyat.

If he is even somewhat embroiled in a deception of Arshi and Shristi, God help him when the 2 come to take revenge. Shristi destroyed Urvasi's life. Ani wil need to protect J from the mother daughter duo so she does not suffer the same fate.

Yes, I think so too. He has mentioned many times that he has a plan, but like J he sometimes gives up too. Like during the almost wedding with Uncle groom. That track confuses me, it doesn't fit in the puzzle. If J was abducted, and unwilling to get married then it made sense.

Bold - Hehe, no I was just kidding when I said this! Ani is in his KurbaaniKaMurat mode and we have gotten monologues from him that corroborates that. Like the Holi monologue.

J and only J has the power to make Ani do something, and I have a feeling he will keep going back to Arshi during instances where he would want to either spite J or be sacrificial for her, on the near and/or far future!

He has dropped hints and tried enough times to show Arshi that he wants to break off and move on and asks her to break up as well but she doesn’t budge. So now Ani has “I do I, you do you” attitude towards everything.

While Ani knowing how J feels would have triggered him to break up with Arshi immediately, he lacks motivation on why he would bring this bhuchaal. Instead being the pacifist with a deep sense of commitment, that he is, he is trying to keep all sides balanced i.e keeping his family happy, honouring an age old commitment and adhering to what society wants. He also doesn’t want J to be tainted/insulted because of him.
I believe, as soon as J leaves and he realises that his life has been sucked out of his body, he will bid goodbye to everyone and run to his life(J)!

As for J, her love for Ani and the need to just be around him, so that she can just see him and see that he is safe and healthy, outweighed her self respect in numerous occasions.
She is now a replica of what her mother endured for her love.

There are two driving factors for her to not encourage Ani’s advances - She would not want Ani to be disowned by his own family coz of her and she would not want Ani’s reputation to get tainted coz of her! Her getting a “home wrecker’ tag which would be a blow to her self respect or her love for Arshi didi and the urge to not come between the two are reasons that do not supersede the reasons around Ani that I mentioned above.

For Ani it is only about J and for J it is only about Ani! So now we will witness the ek duje ke liye mar mitne wala love!

While intense love stories have their own charm, beech beech mein thode light scenes mil jaye toh that would be a welcome change!

Simple say love story manga tha, quantum physics of a love story mil gaya! Toh hume bhi NASA scientists bannke ise solve karna padega, koi option nehi hai humare pass, trust me
