While I realize in real life people sometimes hang on to a relationship because they dont know what real love is, Arshi and Shristi are toxic, tacky and beyond belief cruel.

Ani knows enough of them to tackle them and outwit them.

I would really like makers to maybe give an explanation that he consciously was with Arshi to keep J safe.

In the car conversation he said he came up with a way to keep her safe and to an extent it worked.

If not keeping her in his house, could it be distracting Arshi and Shristi with him as bait.

Remember his monologue during Holi, that he does not like dancing but he is acting like he is the soul of the party only because J is there and he wants to keep her free from the toxic crowd.

He never loved Arshi! I explained this in detail in my other post. Their relationship's base was just social status and maybe slight infatuation.

Agar aisa possible hota to after experiencing his true love with Jhanak, kisi or larki se again aisey pyaar kreky dikhye Ani.

It is in the birthday date episode that Anirudh realised his feelings . The episodes prior to it vocalised his inner thoughts . And then he didnt not even apologise to Arshi after family drama. He was very clear to her if she doesnt trust her he cant help it .

Jhanak he feels is his responsibilty and she being a young girl he cant jist let her out to face the difficulties . He considers him as her only relative .

He had that trust on Arshi that she will support him and we heard it all in those initial episodes . Had Arshi supported him when he came to Kolkata with Jhanak he would have allowed Jhanak to stay at Arshi home , being her family.

Unfortunately the trust Anirudh had on Arshi was not reciprocated by her.

I knew there has always been his attraction towards Jhanak that he was being drawn to. But I wonder if he started to feel more connected to her as in more than just fulfilling responsibility due to humanity?

He was literal shock and probably scared whether he started to develop something more than just doing his duties as being human? I know at a same time his life was also being tangled with so many other issues like Tejas and the disclosure about their marriage. But he wanted to save her from all of the hell she was going through. Also sometimes these situations and someone being constantly targeted might plant a different emotional connection to the other person. Especially if that person is so grounded and patient and I am talking about Jhanak. As much as he started to get to know her, he was becoming over protective of her which lead to generate more of his feelings for her. He started to differentiate between what he felt with Arshi vs what was he feeling for Jhanak. It was getting explicit, he was just not ready to surrender until only recently with the ashriwad rasam where he truly felt bad of behaving such way to her and how his feelings grew stronger.

Well for me :

He has always been thoughtful enough to do the right things for Jhanak .Right from bringing her to his home to now sending her for exams he has been thoughtful in all sense .The family finds it odd and hence he has to argue with them in support of Jhanak . Whatever he does for her he has plans .Even taking her to Guruji for training was so thoughtful ( which was looking so odd at that point ), he threatened him and made him aware that he cant let go off easily .He always took strong stand for her .

He is a stranger to Jhanak and still does everything possible for her well being , whereas Arshi her Didi is always hell bent on spoiling her life . Had Arshi been supportive Anirudh wouldn't have to do it all alone for Jhanak and his relationship with Arshi wouldn't have stranded .

This birthday date both had made plans on how to go without informing Basu members and be back for cake cutting on time .Jhanak could have easily rejected his date and she is aware of the consequences .

But destiny made them caught . Its not Jhanak alone who is facing the consequence everytime . He too faces it .

He has no intentions in cheating Arshi , he was supposed to be there for cake cutting .He felt loved at that moment seeing Jhanak close to him , but Anirudh would never advance to physical intimacy with Jhanak( They live under same roof , he even goes to her room but never seized any opportunity ) . He loves her so much but didnt confess to her even in that moment of intimacy as he is committed to Arshi . If he wanted to cheat Arshi he could easily confess to Jhanak in simple words and make her admit they are married couple.

Anirudh has good word play and ofcourse Jhanak too could fall for it ,considering the raising feelings from her side too.

Before the birthday Anirudh has tried his best to put his point to Arshi that if trust is shaken he cant do anything in it .He apologised only after Jhanak requested when the entire Basu's and Mukerji were present .

What more can he say and what is that the family cant see .

Its Arshi ( and her mom )who is not being ready to break from him. I understand she is in relationship with him for long time and its not that easy .But when she is realising the change in the man she loved and he himself is pointing in ways possible , how is it that only Anirudh is to be blamed .

Both family members are aware of Anirudh's falling out of love for Arshi (including her ).It is the responsibility of the parents to help the kids find happiness . Both Mukerji and Basu's are closing eyes to the sach which is infront of them almost daily and spoiling their children life for their ego and social status .

Today Anirudh stood by her like never before .He spoke the truth . He acknowledged Jhanak didnt change him , its he who changed by his own .

I felt he owned his feeling like never before in front if his family members .It was almost like declaring Jhanak is his life .

Anirudh is not alone in this , Arshi has an equal share in spoiling their relationship

In the beginning of the show, what ever Ani does for J is completely selfless acts...he never expected anything in return.

When Arshi maternal uncle family humiliated J and Urvashi, he refused to stay in their house...that is his way of showing his displeasure.

In Kashmir after her mother last rites, he stood with her, emotionally mentally he tried to comfort her...it's a pure selfless act.

Marrying Jhanak is such a big decision, still to protect J..he married her ..

He expected Arshi to understand him, and helps him to give a better life to J.

In this process, what ever he is doing for Jhanak, his family and Arshi started seeing through from microscopic lenses..

And started questioning his gestures.

Somewhat, marriage has its own significance in their lives, which he shared on his birthday, a date that he still feels special about. This feeling leads to his desire to care for her and make her even more successful.

Despite his expectations from Arshi to help her and if she understands him, still he's gonna attracted with her for sure and more as with the passage of time, he got a 'chance' to discover the unexplored side of himself and eventually developed a great understanding and deep-rooted bond with her, turning his attraction, which started in Kashmir, into the unconditional love. ❤️

When he met her during Kashmir days, he began to attract with her innocence and charm which lead towards a sweet and pure friendship. If this is not true why he would take such a drastic step to marry and save her life. Since he was such a kind-hearted soul, he didn't left her immediately but got assurance of her safety, like her staying at the hostel. ✨️

Now comes the fate and destiny aspect. He accidentally read that letter on the train and immediately took a major step, keeping in mind that Arshi would understand him and help her succeed. So destiny is the key point here, uniting them for the second time again and even letting him stay in his house. Alongside this, this house brings that chance again to stay together, whereas those daily unfortunate events provided them the opportunity to experience a variety of emotions, such as mutual trust and respect, while truly exploring themselves.

Furthermore, Jhanak's true respect and acknowledged of his efforts for her sirji at her award functions or trusting him during their family fights, whereas Ani's immense support and possessiveness for her, keep facilitated their hidden emotional attachment and gave rise to mutual understanding and trust, though Ani's trust badly lacked at some point. But with just a small injury, his senses came back, which certainly proves how deeply she affects him. ❤️

On the other hand, with Ani's accident and Tejas's threat to Ani, the other side of their selfless love; sacrifice, comes into the picture. For instance, she immediately went to Ani and gave him blood, though this still remains hidden from Ani and keep distancing herself for the sake of Ani's commitment. Whereas, Ani sacrifices himself multiple times to ensure Jhanak's success, whether it's fighting for her with his own family or fighting Tejas to save Jhanak, which further ignites him to always remain with her that he told 'me jaha kahi bhi honga per tmarehy sath honga'. Isn't that so meaningful and beautiful?

Undoubtedly, the third chance; i.e.Kashmir track will play the culprit here for them to confess their love and intensify their yearning for each other. Though it is their second time staying apart, it has surprisingly turned extremely painful since this time they are now significantly cloaked with love and overflowing emotions. Therefore, another shade of their love, longing, has started with the separation phase and will be further amplified during the Kashmir track, where they will get to realize how considerably painful it is to live in a lifeless body without your loved one, as they are no longer two different persons but two pure souls attached together! ❤️

Only then, their final phase, confession will come into play, and there will be no CHANCE this time. Here, the utilization of smartness and emotional intelligence needs to be utilized by both of them, which involves the removal of his commitment from Ani's side, whereas the clearance of Rahul's misunderstanding from Jhanak's side. Fate and destiny do not play every time; instead, some effective decision-making skills are required here as relationships last longer with mutual understanding, trust, love and applying practical solutions in real world too.

Though Ani was shown flirtatious with Arshi intially but we can see multiple times, he's always either talking about Jhanak or imagining her while hugging. However, after experiencing several changing emotions and feelings, he has now gained the ability to differentiate between the "actual love vs claimed love". Thus, that expectation on Arshi's part; "if she had assisted Ani with this matter, her relationship with Ani would not have been a disaster" becomes still invalid, as that played merely any role in Ani and Jhanak's journey. So, only that 'chance' given by destiny by letting them staying under the same roof to reconnect with the previous friendship bond they shared, stemmed the growth of their pure and true love. 🔥

Destiny, attraction, marriage, trust as well as mutual attachment, perfectly played their part in bringing them together, allowing them to experience a range of emotions and overwhelming feelings. Most importantly, these elements and the transition part bonded them in a beautiful relationship that we call 'love' and most worthy, gifted this to these two incomplete souls to become ONE!❤️
