About uploading videos, I'm no tech expert, but I know you can't do that directly here on IF.

It depends on what format it's in.

1. One way is sharing it on your social media like Insta or X and then sharing that link here. I know there are limitations to the file size you can upload on SM too so I'm not certain if you would be able to share the entire video or would have to cut it down like Koeli has done in the videos she shared.

2. You can upload it on YouTube and share that link here, I think this will work.

3. Or you can convert it to an MP3 or MP4 audio file (you would have to look online for a video-MP4 converter) and once you have the MP4, you can upload it on vocaroo, or even YouTube.

That's the extent of my knowledge.
