I have watched only few clips/shorts of Heeramani.

Based on that I think Tara and Alaya F would have been more suitable. Tripti and Kiara would have looked old for the role.

Voting for Alaya as she could have played a rebellious character very well.

None from the above. I think girl playing the role was decent enough in it, she was pretty.

Tara, I still think she can do well given the right role. And she is GORGEOUS 😍

Anyone among Kiara, Tara & Tripti. Ananya is pretty but her face doesn't suit to that era. Very modern vibes.

If I had to choose,I would have chosen Kiara

Rekha as Mallika Jaan

Aishwarya Rai as Bibbo Jaan

Rani Mukerji as Faridaan & Rehana

Deepika Padukone as Alamzeb.

I would have cast these actresses for the roles.

Reason:

Bibbojaan & Alamzeb are sisters.

Bibbo Jaan is the most famous courtesan of Heera Mandi. Aishwarya Rai with her looks would have fully justified the role.

Alamzeb is the younger sister of Bibbo Jaan. Deepika looks younger sister of Aishwarya.

I would have cast Deepika Padukone as Alamzeb.

Fawad Khan as Nawab Tajdar
