The most funny (and still cherished) Motherday present I once got is a self-made card with on one side a big " Mama" and on the other side a joke which only works in German: "mach mal" (which means something like "come on, do it" ...whatever the son/daughter wants you to do)... with a tiny "bitte" (please) at the bottom right corner...

There is a reason why mostly "mama" is the first word spoken

So, I wish all the mamas here to have a day they can enjoy in the sense of "mach mal Pause" (take a break) oder "mach mal nix" (do nothing)
