Chirag hasn't done any significant work and his party is more like a side ally of NDA. 9th fail junior chara chor is the kalank and the misfortune of the state.

Regarding Nitish Kumar, once upon a time he enjoyed great goodwill among masses and under his leadership the NDA swept the 2010 state assembly polls by winning 206 out of 243 seats. After that he started breaking alliances and switching sides which made his most loyal supporters despise him. In 20 years the NDA couldn't groom a single successor of Nitish Kumar. To sum it up, Bihar has three great roadblocks—Rjd/lalu clan, yadavs, and the lack of a proper CM candidate. It needs its own Shivraj Singh or Yogi Adityanath.

It does. They have a symbiotic relationship. Also, Prashant Kishore remarked that NK is like aloo, he fits everywhere. Neither NDA nor chindi alliance can do without him.
