If the audience is open ofc they will be allowed. There is nothing except the audience barring TV actors from being successful, but for some reason TV actors/actresses have a reputation for being sneaky. IDK why but people either think they have a bad personality (which is because they often build up bad habits on TV sets) or they're not elegant/good-looking enough for Bollywood. (Why Mouni is so insecure about it).
