There are certain situation where mrriage is considered null and void...

One is if its done when one out of 2 party is not in their hosh..

2nd when its done under threat..

3rd when its not consummated even after 6 months...

And so I guess they are going to combine these situations and their marriage would be null and void...

But maybe indian audience at xertain levels is not aware of marriage being kharij they are using word divorce..

The way he presented her divorce papers and said tum nhi thakti par meri ab bas ho gyi hai as if she is some kind of furniture which they could move as per their icha..

I would be more than happy if it would be abhira who choose to walk away rather than giving this haq to armaan as they did in case of DPs...

But it would have been reflected bad on abhira's character so they scrapped it...

There are many scenarios where annulmemt is granted..

And marriage under forceful circumstances in one of them...

But I agree that first it had to br proved in court

They know what gets them TRP yet they want to perpetuate cliches and stereotypes, then what can one except either to bear with the show or leave.

So to compensate for not showing much of court drama, they’re going to run with a two week court track ? Will Abhira at least move out of that house in the meantime ? Or will they still show her living under the roof of a man she was forced to marry ?

Idc about anything I'm happy that Divorce proceedings start ho gayi finally finally divorce papers banwane ka fayda hua

But itni jaldi Divorce toh nahi hoga. That's for sure 👀

Also Why is Armaan so shocked, usne hi toh majboori wali shaadi ka bahana diya tha.
