100% agree that ruhi is responsible for Rohit's disappearance but I don't think we can blame child Ruhi for her mother's death. She was a child and just messed with hand break, use kya pata vo hota kya h. And Akshu took blame as she herself was blamed for sirat's death even when she did nothing so in order to save ruhi getting blamed for something she is not responsible for and for gen4 storyline Ak took the blame and left.

It's clear even after 100 year goenkas are shit at parenting.
