and her voice is really annoying

I'm not sure if Bhansali told her to channel Deepika from BM and Padmavat or if she's just naturally drawn to her style. She's got the same wide-eyed, expressionless gaze in every single scene.

For a newcomer, she wasn’t that bad tbh, I found her bearable and I liked her voice as well. She is pretty too.

The actor definitely seemed better than her. But the girl had nothing going for her. No great acting, no great looks, no great screen presence... absolutely nothing.

Just watch some promotional interviews of her with rest of the Heeramandi Cast. She behaves as if she is a veteran in acting What an entitled brat.

Shows that Bhansali isn’t some kind of magician who can make anyone act. He cannot. He only works with those who have potential to perform (explains why he never worked with some top actresses like Katrina). But when it comes to his niece he was obviously blind.

Bhansali really got blinded this time. What was he thinking by making her a central character in his first OTT outing?

Her character is supposed to be a cinderalla-type innocent girl, but her botoxed face has no charm/grace and she seems out of place. Her voice and acting is bad too.

Even Sonam Kapoor in Saawariya did a better job than his niece.

She did work in some film before this, and she assisted SLB for many years. So she is not exactly a fresher.

No hate to her personally but she should not have played the central character in this one.
