Vinayak knows too much about her. It is obvious that she has done something very bad to Jhanak's mother and he may be a witness to it, and reminds her. But she is "the Madam Shrishti". She cant stand competition. One thing for sure she is shrewd and gauges people well and know how to control them.

I watch her scenes just to understand Ani.

Shrishti reached that status of fame (???) by manipulating people around her and eliminating competition. Besides that she has that extreme case of jealousness, where she needs to not just eliminate but need to see her prey suffer, just because they could have outshined her.
