options tab is not working also to edit posts.

Can you see signature links not working in signature box .

I commented on a fan fiction. The author replied. When I clicked the notification, clicked Show Responses on my Comment, and then clicked the Like button on the Reply that had appeared 2-3 minutes ago, an error box popped up:

Sorry, Something went wrong... Please Try Again

I closed the error box, and the replies to my Comment collapsed. I clicked Show Responses again. Then I was able to click Like on the Reply, which was now about 5 minutes old.

Is this a glitch, or is the Like button not supposed to work as soon as a Reply is posted?

I have to refresh the page every time for clicking on hyperlink words and even for a simple action like liking a post
