Such Crap Fest that show is...initially when I watched it, that fellow Vanraj made my blood boil for real. I knw such men exist, so the hatred for the character was so much I wanted to rip him apart through the screen itself

His reactions are Impulsive but his issue is Trust, I feel.

Ani is calm and calculative by nature, no wonder a result/ defense mechanism of his Childhood PTSD. He maintains boundaries with his family and his proclaimed lover. The only person who has been a grand miscalculation is his life is Jhanak- who tests his boundaries, his assumptions and feelings. She has been the only person who is able to bring out genuine reactions/feelings from him- whether it be ANGER, JEALOUSY, FRUSTRATION, CARE, CONCERN OR ANYTHING ELSE. Hence his reactions seem OTT, OOC and impulsive when it comes to her. I can delve deeper into why that is so. I am already writing on it. Just a lot to unpack and hence not elaborating here.

BTW for the first time ever I saw Shubho smiling

Kisi bhi relation ka foundation trust hota hai. Agar trust nahi hai to woh bond aage chal hi nahi payega and I believe Anirudh and Jhanak share an unbreakable bond otherwise Kya hum last 150 episodes se apna time barbaad kar rahe hein.
