They self sabotaged the show when they took away all the flavours and themes that worked in favor of show. Imlie ka unique personality chin liya and made her another run of mill female type, took away the retro vibes that was the life of Imlie, supporting characters who are plain annoying and don't add anything to the story

Agar show ko extention mil bhi gaya agar toh they will bore us with reddy family drama.

Now for remaining days I just want to see Sai adrija on my screen and not anyone else.

If only Agastya was alive the show wouldn't have wrapped up this soon man. This was one of the successful season of Imlie until Agastya was there.

Yeah Audience connect with the character is much stronger. They connected with Agastya and his family story. Got invested in Agastya Imlie love story. That's why trp were always around 2 and didn't fluctuate much. Infact the more thrilling episodes where Agsatya triumph over his nemesis always got increase in trp numbers

The biggest problem and why this revamp didn’t work is because of how they set up the story of Surya Imlie and these supporting characters who did nothing to push the leads together. Jaruri nahi hai Hai ki hamesha positive characters hi leads ko sath laye negative characters bhi sath lekar aa sakte hai and in much passionate way. Sonali and Amrit planning plotting is prime example of bringing Agastya imlie together

Surya Imlie ki jo story meim jo angst hona chahiye tha woh missing tha initial phase meim. First it was zidd of Surya to destroy imlie and after that Imlie akkad. Bas yahi karte reh gaye dono. No attraction, no dilemma shown due to Agastya Surya having similar face.

Sach bolu toh mujhe jyada dukh nahi hoga. I will only feel bad for Sai and Adrija but maybe greater things are awaiting for them. After " henna" I didn't think I would like another show and pairing of Sai this much but Here we are. We got a filmy level story of Agastya Imlie, Sai did another very male centric show and his Adrija had blazing chemistry. So I believe in never say never.

Personally I believe show had become extremely boring after reddys entry. I tried very hard to connect with them but nothing worked . You people might have noticed too I don't take much part in discussions nowadays just because of my lack of interest in the show solely due to family drama , no aesthetics, no cultural connection, no glamour.

I was watching the engagement episodes of Agastya Nyonika during the weekend. It also had more family drama than couple scenes but it had kept me so invested and entertained which is missing in this revamp.

16 minutes ke episodes mein we barely get 4 minutes of couple scenes together. Kya hi dekhe phir. Upar se itne dull vibes and annoying supporting characters .

Better to end Surya imlie love story on happy note instead of making it drag fest

Bold: you actually pointed out a major thing here.. Their first meet, Surya-Binni engagement & that scene where Surya gets shot by Raghu while trying to save Imlie.. These are the only scenes I could recall where they tried to show imlie's dilemma over same face. In rest of the scenarios, it's as if imlie has totally discarded the fact that they share the same face.

No mention, not a single scene of how she finds it hard to be tough with Surya cause he has a striking resemblance with Agastya, both in appearance and now, somewhat character-wise too.
