I think when Samantha was at the top, she was constantly in the news for her divorce and then Oo Antava became viral, she was in the news mostly.
Just like how Alia is in the news mostly and is at the top.

She is no.1 in telegu..she doesn't belong to BW so not mentioned or included in hindi..
