Does she really think that he is just two timing her? And he will keep her in his house but still marry Arshi? Dunno why jhanak is behaving like how she is even after some explicit mentions and actions from Ani? We need a proper monologue! I dont think so, I watched that episode (her birthday one) and she never said anything like that.

During phone call she praised Anirudha and said she is very happy here.

He clearly thinks her marriage is real (which is) and is accepted by RuNak as he told the same thing to both Anirudha (you married Jhanak and took her to Kolkata) and Jhanak (you went there as Anirudha's wife right?) All Jhanak replied was that it's a long story, I will tell later and ended call, after that his role ended in the show.

The makers have this habit of forgetting what they write and hence that phone conversation between Rahul is confused if we didnt watch previous . I had thought this at that time too but never re watched those marriage episodes .

God Knows, all i remember is haq , kya rishta hai , and didi ke hone .....

Inspite of the eye locks I dont know when she fell in love with him ..

Anirudh has infact shown many times that he has fallen for her.When she takes care of Appu di previous epiosde he was so happy and was looking at her with so much love...
