I strongly believe right before Ani's accident (Aapki Jhanak, Running away to save her husband Aniruddha Bose, Kya rishta hai aapka unse, kya lagti hai woh aapki) she started feeling for Anirudh, gradually her feelings kept on increasing and with that increased her Drama of hating him and showing this marriage is a curse for her while when he isn't around she kept on praising him plus unlimited eye locks.

I thought they exchanged rings, didn't they?

She admired him all along.. but I think she fell in love when she heard him say that he wont lose her etc in the hospital.. cos after the hospital visit she mellowed down a lot..
We definitely need a monologue from her.

Anirudha is fighting between his heart and brains- heart says he loves Jhanak but brain says she doesn't loves him and he can't betray Arshi so he is trying hard to be with Arshi but just can't stop thinking about Jhanak.

During holi he came to support Jhanak, was looking for her then suddenly his brain started imagining Arshi and he started his usual drama of Assuring her all is well when she threatened to walk away.

Jhanak also is fighting with herself, heart says she loves him, mind says he loves Arshi and she can't take social stigma of being home breaker so she keeps pushing Anirudha away from her.

During Holi she was telling him to get out then he started hugging her and doing sweet talks while calling her Arshi which gave her pain and in that pain she said she hates him or shall I say she hates the situation in which she is for which in a way biggest reason is Anirudha.
