After watching the last 4 episodes in succession I am pretty sure now that Anirudh is very much aware of the depth of his feelings for Jhanak. He is just using Rahul as an excuse to protect his moral highground! Pagal ladka.

With his questions (using Rahul) he is pushing Jhanak to break the wedding.

And that dialogue about understanding someone loves you just by looking at their eyes - was he referring to himself or Jhanak here??

One thing sometimes confuses me did Anirudha recognise Jhanak as Attendant in hospital itself and started acting right away or did he actually came to know about her during saraswati Pooja.

The surprise/shock look of Ani makes me feel he didn't recognise her but the way he behaved with/infront of her before recognising her was out of character for him.

That still remains unanswered...but he telling choton at the valentines party is an answer of why he is acting rude to her.

But ya they came for pre honeymoon in kashmir as they have been dating since many years and about to get married.
