true.. the custody battle will be really absurd..

i think sahiba side will have more weightage considering All Physical and emotional torture the brars done to sahiba.. there's literally countless things that has happened to sahiba at BM...

1.staying in store room after marriage

2. asked to divorce twice (by inder n manberr.. though both will not be that relavent)

3. divorce by Angad

4.slap

5.Staying in servant quarters

6.Sent mental asylum

7.thrown out of BM after miscarriage

if this is presented before court, any sane judge will not allow the kid to stay in such a house where his mother was treated less than a servant.

The only weightage Angad will have is

1. sahiba hid the truth of child. (partially true)

2.brars are financially stable.

But mostly to create drama.. custody battle will not include sahiba suffering /pain... it will be abt sahibas as a careless mother who cannot provide for the child.. versus the rich and famous business man Angad Singh Brar.

She her self lying living in a fake marrigea fake husband now she will ask D to marry her??? What she will tell Bhiji then?? Do all agree for her and the kid? When does the truth come out???

Sahiba is doing again fraud, just like she helped he mother and sister to trap Angad. In the name of a child??? 6 years is a long time to hide the truth.

i think trp will be stable at 1.5 only..unless they bring Sahan clash.. there won't be any change.. just like u said.. trp rises only wen Angad is team sahiba..

probably after sahan meet, they'll bring some other plot where both akir n simran gets involved.. like kidnapping or something.. then Sahan + 1(diljit) would be a team.. May be then trp will have some change..

otherwise I don't know how they are going to make sahiba and Angad meet again once Angad Simran leaves Panesar.

the leap has a lot of.. countless loop holes.. fake marriage with diljit is just one.

seeing as biji accepted her easily with no questions asked, we can't tell how she'll react

but if diljit loves sahiba and sahiba shows soft corner towards Angad after truth revelation(due to akir Angad bond) then biji might oust her or ask her to marry D for real.. for not break his heart.
