I feel readymade dhoti look neat because not everyone knows to wear dhoti in the right way and its more time consuming. If u don't wear the right way it doesn't give that look.

That is true, but they could have given him a kurta with it.

Kurta and dhoti is for functions not for puja

Ani s dress code was appropriate considering its a puja. Now only thing he could have removed that white colour vest ( inner wear). I guess that's a personal choice.
