I don't think you can do a simple ranking:

I don't like Wamiqa (not included but I thought of her) as a person but as an all rounder she's the best. Only thing she lacks is likely screen gravitas/presence compared to a Kareena but as an actress she's more universally emotionally easy to emphasize with.

Deepika is the best at emotional scenes in more subtle roles plus strong screen presence - but her dialogue delivery is a huge minus. Kareena does fairly OTT acting, but also has the strong screen presence down, just the opposite kind of actress. Kareena is significantly consistent with comedy which is a plus. (Deepika is fairly good at comedy too, these two can be similarly grouped)

Tripti has incredibly strong dialogue delivery, and is super nuanced/subtle with expressions - more than the other actress(es) on the list but that doesn't always translate to commercial cinema so we will see.

Alia isn't excelling in any category, but she does not have a minus point as bad as Deepika's dialogue delivery - her issue is connecting with the audience (which Deepika/Kareena do so more consistently). Her strength is dramas/serious roles though - her strong emotions don't get expressed well.

Kiara has only now has started branching out of her comfort zone. Kriti is a better actor than her when she's at her best, but Kriti is again, more of an inconsistent actress compared to Kiara.

Omg! This went worse to worst😅.

Kareena and Alia.

For me acting wise kareena, deepu, alia.

For screen presence kareena and deepika. Both have amazing screen presence. Compare to them alia don't have that much screen presence.

So anyway from this list I will pick deepika and kareena.
