In last week's precap there was a scene which obviously was not shown in the episode where Imlie is not able to see her maang with Sindoor and Surya says Sorry Imlie I don't want to make you uncomfortable. That one scene was so nicely done. I want to see this sensitive Surya - one who understands that Agastya and Imlie loved each other and were married only to be separated as Surya's enemies mistook Agastya to be him. But nope yahan toh they are showing Surya being obtuse and not even understanding Imlie's position.

I really hope going forward they are going to make Surya sensitive to Imlie's pain. At the same time Imlie needs to be clear on what she can do for this relationship for the 1 year she said she is going to live in the house. They need to start building the relationship being friends first - This Surya blowing cold and then hot is not going to work out for me.

My biggest issue with Surya, he is likable one day and not the other. They need to show him handle Imlie with patience. He is a smart cookie, why not make Imlie understand these things with a teda way.

Didn't they also not have the call of tayi about the worker ka education from the precap?

Episode was ok.. As usual writers didn't cash on drama i mean reception Drama wasn't really Up to the mark it felt rushed and incomplete.. And surya ne toh kuch bola hi nahin i wish he would have also answered back to those ladies but alas.

Also when ppl are some where making imlie's bhagya responsible for August's death i thought surya will think how August was killed instead of him and have some guilt.. I am not saying he is responsible but somewhere destiny played its game and poor August got killed. So i thought he will have those flashback but wo bhi nahin.

I Don't agree with idira's regressive thinking but at the same time some of her talks are expected cause obviously she surely wanting imlie fulfill her duties being surya's wife especially she doesn't know the truth that why surya married her.. Indira's character is powerful i enjoy watching her.

Chachi is sweet i liked how she shared about her dancing and winning those prizes in dancing . imlie will help her to fulfill her dreams. Lol chacha's advice to surya about suhagrat like men will be menbut at least it was light hearted i was bored seeing chacha ka poker face all the time

Lol yesterday when i was watching match Hardik pandya looked like Surya/Sai to me lol the hair style the beard etc it was like they applied Foundation ka whole pack on sai and he is playing cricket

How are they going to give a push to Surya - Imlie relationship without any positive character or few positive young generations? Just bringing strong actors won't do na, they need to build up on the story. Chaudhury house was full of members.

There should be characters who should push both the leads together. Older generation can also do that job. But neither older nor younger generation is there in the family.

With the Chaudhurys you had three generations. Here it's mostly the middle generation.

Agasthya imlie ke contract marriage mein everyone had some motive to fulfill through the marriage. Agastya would have gotten his business, Imlie would have gotten the money for ashu treatment and dadi was content that finally her pota was settled in his life.

Yes I agree on this point. Everyone had some motive to fulfill in the marriage. I liked how Agastya - Imlie performed all the rituals and Imlie was like - even if this is fake marriage I will perform it whole heartedly. Here I don't get that feeling at all. The vibe and the setting is completely missing.

The thing is with this new family, Malti, Nirmala and Anjali will not be in favor of this marriage. Indhira and the chacha seems to be neutral as of now. Surya and Imlie are unbothered and Chachi has no standing.

With this, how do they plan to show their relationship grow? They are wasting good opportunities - Surya standing up for Imlie, a conversation about her pain of being called reason for the death of Agastya, angst and awkwardness at them looking at the bedroom and understanding it's implications.

What they should have done is sent Surya and Imlie after the reception to the decorated room and then shown some angst and awkwardness and followed by some banted or comedy. They could show Imlie flashbacks of Agastya and her on the bed, him talking about not letting her sleep etc. There was no need for this preachy social service message or tricks by Malti and mom. Now that Imlie is married to Surya, the taane about being bad luck etc. don't hold any importance.

I think the creatives did not know how to weave Chaudhary family ka characters further. They made Dadi grey but that did not go well with the audience. Alka became mute after initial grey character. Sonali also they could not write good story so they did a clean slate and got this new family. At least with the new family there is some curiosity for the audience to see how these people are and what happens next.

I never thought a set of writers could disappoint me more than MHRW writers but Imlie ke writers take the cake and how.

It is the weakest link in the show (styling aside). They ruined the show by killing Agastya permanently and now killing the show further by not utilizing the new jodi to the full potential.

The only reason I want this show to work now is for Sai to make money, afterall kisiko destination wedding karni hai.

What was with the beginning of the episode. I thought there is some issue with my internet and the episode just skipped some part. Both Imlie’s and Surya’s dialogues seemed ✂️ . Such bad editing. Extra 2 minutes wouldn’t have hurt.

I don’t want to take sides because both Surya and Imlie are maha ziddi. They have to learn better.

But the conclusion is Imlie shouldn’t have run away. Hamara bedroom wala angst scene kaise milega. All that decoration is gone waste.

Is se jyada angst toh tab tha when Agastya imlie looked at each other while binni pulled the curtains on wedding night. We could actually feel equal amount of pain and rage at binni actions

No the story telling was good for majority of this week. Maybe the writers went through Thursday panic mode and that is why they are being this jerky. I would say the writing in first part of Gen3 with Agastya and Imlie was done really good. They botched up majorly with the revenge family and then Agastya's death.

There is so much potential for Surya and Imlie but they need to be slow. This blow hot blow cold behavior is not going to work for the Trp audience. Today's episode would have been much better if the episode was a little longer and the scenes were written with a little more thehraav. The jump and shift from reception insults to Suhaag raat bed was too sudden to take and process.

Not going to lie - I actually enjoyed Tayiji putting Nirmala in her place in today's episode. They just need to give some clarity to Surya and Imlie so that the audience can root for the jodi.

Actually a lot of this is coming from the other show I have seen 2 decades ago. The male lead there was so likeable (Agastya feeka pad jaye uske samne). He married his bhabhi to save her from social disgrace and to save his grandfather from dying (no blackmailing but a genuine health issue). He was super guilty towards his new wife as he married her without her consent and guilty towards his fiancé whom he cheated on with this marriage.

Imlie writers could never even touch the nuances of that show.

Honestly yeah, hum itna dimaag kyun laga rahe hain lol, who knows the writer might change the entire story again in a week’s time because of the TRPs ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
