When you can't give your lead, enough childhood trauma(for depth yk), then give them love-at-first-sight romance, which didn't last for 2 min. Then they'll spend half of the drama pinning after, that and calling it great sauce ignoring the main course.

Just watched Roohaniyat . I liked it... It's a romantic thrillers. I forwarded the parts where I felt it's too slow, or the parts I didn't like.

It's truly upon good looking bunch like Arjun bijlani, Karan wahi, Karan singh grover, Barun sobti, Jennifer winget...... to bring change in Indian shows. They are not getting an opportunity to produce good shows like in k-dramas in TV industry but they are atleast trying on OTT. I hope these 80s hotties make our entertainment industry great again.
