Why is abhira hospitalised

Saw a BTS where abhira is hospitalized and armaan is shedding crocodile tears.. 

Ruhi has reached there also between them.. 

Even in abhira's death bed she will be holding armaans hands I think..

Because DKP had already created hospital set for their other show... So, to completely utilize the set Abhira's aunt Vandana (according YRKKH Gen 4 storyline) and Abhira have been hospitalized together..
