I have the same POV. Only a wooden piece in her shoes will remain silent after accusations being pinned on day in and day out of the vilest order. Thief, Greedy, Homewrecker... are some examples. She is reacting like someone backed into a corner. Even an animal will lash out, Jhanak is human after all. Could the execution have been handled better? Yes definitely. But it is not nice of Ani to drop her like hot potatoes in a sticky situation and tell lies to cover his ass up. Yeah, he is doing it for her career success, but then again did she ask someone to do this for her? You cannot justify with the reason "She doesn't know any better". He could have handled this differently too, the way he is reacting sometimes makes me feel he is infantilizing Jhanak. The exact same happened during the time he without her knowledge brought her to Guruji. We all saw what happened. But people only supported Ani at that time, because his intent to help was being rudely refused. I feel people back Ani up because he is the sweeter of the two currently. Ani was behaving exactly the same and even cussed her mother when he did not know why Jhanak insulted him even if it was for his own good. We still don't know when he recognized her till now. Only the reaction after her reveal. But we were all okay with his reaction to some extent. Why not Jhanak? I know this is a hot take. But this is what I feel has happened.

I feel its the performance that is making it horrible . Anirudh on the hand is rude but his eyes dont show that anger and his little nods and body language . So we feel he is sweeter. Even initially when Jhanak used to behave rudely her rudeness was on point . She lost her mother and all the incidents and when she reached here she faced insult daily .

For me its the way of execution or performance that makes Jhanak look bad even though its Anirudh who should be at the receiving end .

Before going I watched the BTS Tanuja asked Jhanak what’s her idea 💡 if ever she’s going to live a lifetime on their expenses I want Jhanak to decide what are her future plans if ever she decided to leave the house study have a good job and one day get married have a family.

Chotton should have asked Ani also if he wants her to be independent have a future for herself a job and money is not all what a person need in life mainly this girl who has nothing and no one’s as family.

I am glad that Jhanak didn’t give that money away or whatnot. She knows it’s hers and she should enjoy it and spend it how she wants. Ani tbh doesn’t need to be needlessly harsh. As Choton said, it’s him that will suffer bcos her resentment is building. He deserves it. Bipasha and Laal almost fainted when they heard how much she has now - 7 lakhs. Look at the greedy pair. I hope cards in India need PIN numbers to buy stuff in stores. Bipasha is capable of stealing that card and running it dry.

I think Ani and Jhanak did shopping for her .😜 She is seen in much better dress in the upcoming episodes ..

Jhanak has enough money to rent a place and even buy an old car model. If only she had her degree, but she can still try modeling or even sign up for a dancing competition or cultural troupe. She can now go ahead on her own. Jhanak should tell Ani this And clarify why his house is not a good place for her to thrive. What Jhanak will use to immobilize Aniruddh is not all these emotional questions - she needs to try keeping it cool, and speaking in a logical manner that he cannot escape from. She can even offer to sign something like an NDA that she will never open her mouth and talk about her attempted suicide at their place at risk of some lawsuit in that case. Shubho can draw up some document that will heavily ruin her if she does do it - because she doesn’t have that plan anyways. Jhanak can even go directly to Tanuja and Shubho and give them her ‘resignation letter’ and say goodbye after telling them her plans (at least without the dance troupe or modeling). She can do it when Ani is out. That would be so much fun!

Now she has money why should she work as maid now ...she doesnt have any commitment with anyone that mad house. Only Anirudh matters they can meet outside without issues as our hero is pro in making excuses ...

I said the same thing before, sign an NDA about Basu House and not being in contact with them while having a counter NDA that they should not search for Jhanak something effective to a restraining order. She should just leave Kolkata go MIA and leave to south and learn dance there and strengthen her career. Ani will have no idea, will fall in love with her in her absence and by the time he gets to know her whereabouts she would have moved on, and he should chase her to kickstart the LS.

Watched today’s episode long back. Got some time for my two cents 😀. Episode was okay. Ani convincing Arshi and Shristi was not convincing to me 😂. Mother duo who always make small things big, has not given enough weight to Ani recommending Janak instead of Arshi. Ani didn’t go behind Arshi given that they are getting married in few days. The stare Janak gave to Ani when she came to know that Ani recommended her was very good. Typical wife wala look. Not sure if Arshi even noticed it or not. Ani supporting Choton was good but not enough. I ffed all the Basus drama for my own sanity until Ani entered the scene. This guy is a first class manipulator. Asking everyone to go with Janak except Choton. Choton would have agreed to and Ani could have spoke to the manager in the phone 😂. The whole family is dumb not to recognize how Ani wants to do himself even small things for Janak. Looks like family didn’t know Ani went to the shooting spot 🤣. Ani scolding Janak on that scene was really unnecessary. He is going really overboard with this scoldings. Cut to the car scene, how nicely he avoided the twin sisters 😀. It was very good when he said, can you look at me and answer. These are such an intimate things between couple which Ani has not even realized. Aww the look he gave when Janak was asking why you are keeping me in my home was so good. I am surprised in the precap Ani feeding cake to Janak as such he is being doing like this daily 😀. This guy is hopelessly falling in love without him even realizing it. He is too much engrossed in mission career Janak, these changes in him are not registering to him. On the other hand, Janak is too engrossed in her self pity mode and day in day out insults, she is not able to decipher how Ani’s words are not matching his actions and his eyes are speaking the words which his heart wanted to tell for the longest time.

I agree with everyone on the topic of Jhanak being rude but.. .. though I will be very happy if she stops being this rude but I am trying to just analyze her scenario from writers POV..

Few days back when we were not certain of Ani’s motives behind his rude acts we were so angry on him .. now we know his motive.. so we are taking his acts and rude words in a different way.. so we should not forget that we know his motive but not Jhanak.. so her reaction is the same the one we were praising few days back when we did not know Ani’s motive.

What does she want - I think she has resigned to the situation and accepted her fate which is expect nothing from it.. such young girl, facing so much hatred from all side has given up. For now she does not expect anything from life but some peace and no blame.. especially when she is regularly openly being blamed for trapping Ani.. they don’t hesitate to put such demeaning blame on this young girl… it would be hard for any girl to take such blame again and again.. her character is butchered day and night.. and she knows no one is there to talk in her favor in this term.. anyone can lose their sanity in such situations.. she cannot pour it on anyone but it comes out on Ani.. I will expect Ani to not lose his patience with her but be her punching bag in the situation were she needs someone to pour it all out.

I know it is a very unpopular view currently. Do not hate me for this because it is tough for me too, to see her harsh words to him..

I completely agree with you. I actually tweeted about this yesterday. She just needs peace of mind right now, nothing else. She has become frustrated with all the harsh words being thrown at her.

She will need a lot of motivation and encouragement to break free from her low self-esteem and the toxic environment she is in, in order to thrive. Aniruddh is trying to provide her with that support in his own way, and Choton is also there for her.

I hope she will get through this phase soon, but with ITV, it may drag on as they thrive on drama. In ITV, drama is the only thing that sells, nothing else.

Haha but Tanuja asked a valid question- "sari life humse paisa lene ka irada he kya". Jhanak has her own money now to spend for her needs. Bipasha too asked a valid question do you have a savings account to keep the money. Good that they're not going the cliche route about stealing money and all.

Too much negativity, they just retorted Bipasha remarks about getting Autograph and stuff now that Jhanak is famous. I feel my energy sucked out seeing today's episode.
