Jhanak has enough money to rent a place and even buy an old car model. If only she had her degree, but she can still try modeling or even sign up for a dancing competition or cultural troupe. She can now go ahead on her own. Jhanak should tell Ani this And clarify why his house is not a good place for her to thrive. It’s not even like she would be a maid for kind people. At least, makers should not be lazy and have this real convo of Jhanak about it to Aniruddh. If he makes a big move to block it, that’s one thing. But no thoughts of Jhanak in this direction is another thing entirely. And it’s concerning. What Jhanak will use to immobilize Aniruddh is not all these emotional questions - she needs to try keeping it cool, and speaking in a logical manner that he cannot escape from. She can even offer to sign something like an NDA that she will never open her mouth and talk about her attempted suicide at their place at risk of some lawsuit in that case. Shubho can draw up some document that will heavily ruin her if she does do it - because she doesn’t have that plan anyways. Jhanak can even go directly to Tanuja and Shubho and give them her ‘resignation letter’ and say goodbye after telling them her plans (at least without the dance troupe or modeling). She can do it when Ani is out. That would be so much fun!

I said the same thing before, sign an NDA about Basu House and not being in contact with them while having a counter NDA that they should not search for Jhanak something effective to a restraining order. She should just leave Kolkata go MIA and leave to south and learn dance there and strengthen her career. Ani will have no idea, will fall in love with her in her absence and by the time he gets to know her whereabouts she would have moved on, and he should chase her to kickstart the LS.

I am very tired of watching the Basu drama. It's mentally very exhausting as a viewer, am wondering how Jhanak is still sane.

Not much to say about Arshi and Shristi. They think they can lord over anyone in the Basu house because they think Shubho and Tanuja are lucky to have them as in-laws. At least that is the image Basus have cultivated in their mind. Arshi's inner "beauty" is coming on full display with how she disrespects Chotton. Ani finally had the sense to shut her up, but immediately felt guilty on her tears. Seriously dude? How are this blind? even bats are better than this.

He lies and convinces Arshi somehow saying they approached me for you and that they should have put in more effort and stuff. Arshi also believes. People really be blind in love. IF you are asking questions, have the common sense to maintain your stance. . This brings up a question for me, how open will they be in allowing Arshi to focus on her career?

This modelling gig has opened up another issue. Now everyone will think Jhanak stole Arshi's opportunity/ that she got it only because Arshi was busy and "rejected" it. Including Jhanak herself. This is going to be creating more problems between Ani-Jhanak-Arshi. Imo, Ani should have handled with better lies. He said the right lies, but he still ended up comparing Arshi and Jhanak. Buddu.

Back at the Basu house, more drama. One line, Appu, Chotton rocked. The rest shocked. I wish though Jhanak would stop justifying herself to others in that zoo. Lal, Bipasha and Tanuja are useless, greedy. Was sure they were gonna steal the money based on how much they were insisting on information regarding it. Chotton gave golden retorts and advice today. Keep rocking Chotton. All the accusations they fling on her, it's only showing the mirror to them. Tanuja says Arshi is so famous and lets talk about comparison when Jhanak gets famous. I hope one day, these beggars come begging to get connections from Jhanak.

Ani with a mission of opening a bank account, keeps insulting Jhanak both in front of people and in person. Tumhe ye words bahot bari padne vaale hai. Snake Bipasha sends Chamchis Rumi and Mimi to spy on Ani-Jhanak, but again Ani smoothy manipulates them to get cab.

The most meaningful and impactful scene today, Jhanak directly asked him why he is keeping her in the house even if he dislikes her so much! you go girl. Ask the questions until Ani is not able to avoid answering.

PS: I really wish the vile Basus die in a ditch somewhere. From the bottom of my heart.

So I heard that jhk got 7 lakhs ( haven’t watched the last couple of episodes) very happy for her, I hope she now stops being a maid.

Liked your blinder than a bat reference, he’s in luv Anusha, he’s in luv with the wicked witch of not the west but the east( Kolkata ) 🧙. Men in love in itv shows are always blind. Personally I find Arshi dull and dumb as a chr.

I agree with everyone on the topic of Jhanak being rude but.. .. though I will be very happy if she stops being this rude but I am trying to just analyze her scenario from writers POV..

Few days back when we were not certain of Ani’s motives behind his rude acts we were so angry on him .. now we know his motive.. so we are taking his acts and rude words in a different way.. so we should not forget that we know his motive but not Jhanak.. so her reaction is the same the one we were praising few days back when we did not know Ani’s motive.

What does she want - I think she has resigned to the situation and accepted her fate which is expect nothing from it.. such young girl, facing so much hatred from all side has given up. For now she does not expect anything from life but some peace and no blame.. especially when she is regularly openly being blamed for trapping Ani.. they don’t hesitate to put such demeaning blame on this young girl… it would be hard for any girl to take such blame again and again.. her character is butchered day and night.. and she knows no one is there to talk in her favor in this term.. anyone can lose their sanity in such situations.. she cannot pour it on anyone but it comes out on Ani.. I will expect Ani to not lose his patience with her but be her punching bag in the situation were she needs someone to pour it all out.

I know it is a very unpopular view currently. Do not hate me for this because it is tough for me too, to see her harsh words to him..

Right , Jhanak has only Ani to show all her emotions . Somewhere she feels connected to him right from Kashmir days .They were hanging out so well then .She might be feeling that he will understand her and hence her reaction.

Can someone be so stupid that they can't even realise that they are trying to help! I mean Jhanak here ofcourse. If even now after all the drama with Arshi and shrishti she still thinks Ani is doing it for himself then I don't see Ani trying to help Jhanak in any which way!

And from Anis body language it was clear that he was always trying to help and even his taunts and scoldings always showed he had some other intention in mind. May be it's his acting skills. He showed so many subtle signs that he was trying to help Jhanak or distract the family from insulting jhanak. That was my reading. But I do agree Ani is confusing Jhanak. What I feel is she is over the top and going overboard with her Bina Marzi jaap. If she so doesn't want to get into trouble she should just have walked out. It was always clear that Anis intentions were to set up Jhanak's career and then leave her alone. Jhanaks sole intention seems to be sacrificing herself by going back to Tejas - then Ani should just say so be it!!!

It is ofcourse bad writing and some bad acting as well.
