I watched the episode fully now and I believe she didn't say anything to Seerat because she knows how much Seerat hates her. She was shocked at Veer because he actually loved her like a sister.

She won't say anything to anyone. She will apologise to Angad for doubting him , say I understand why you slapped me and beg I don't want divorce. Let us see if Angad still remembers he thinks Sahiba filed divorce first or he decides to take her back so he can demand divorce in next track.

It is funny how everyone is talking like Sahiba will be taking Angad back when it is other way round. He will take her back but keep count of the fact that he went against his mumma mutely for sending her to mental hospital and his brother for trying to kill her. He will remind her of these in few days.
