They can only be liked for their acting.We don't know them personally so it is better not to get there.I am someone who has gone through this process of being a fan of certain actors and disliking them later.I am still learning to not get too much into all this so my preaching won't be right.But I can say that I am at a better zone in these matters now.
I am almost never disappointed unless it's something really heinous. I was obsessed with TV and movies in my teens but only for characters/itv serials/ movies. Very rarely I knew about off screen dynamics. I think since 2014, I started keeping tabs on off screen drama of it just bcz of rise of Instagram. I have fav actor too. But I don't really get disappointed with what they do outside of movies
