For those who’ve seen the movie, does this scene make sense in the flow of the story or it’s just an excuse to give Janhvi a cameo?

It hints on a sequel Which could be some triangle between the three. The scene in this reel is incomplete otherwise in case u see the entire reel then u understand more. I can complete the scene as to what’s going on unless u want to stay in suspense lol 😂

eyes ki bhi surgery karwaii ho gee. She is only in her 20s and so so so many surgeries. She should slow down now.
