I watched the full episode.That doesn't hint anything.If she actually knew it,she wouldn't even have suggested him to call her bhabi.Call Karta to usse sach pata Chal jaata.But I won't put it past the makers to show that she knew everything later.Right now,I would like to believe that she doesn't know.
