Amitabh and family members visit Mandir!

MUMBAI: Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, along with his family members, visited the Siddhivinayak temple in Prabhadevi early on Tuesday morning to offer prayers, sources said.

Bachchan along with son Abhishek, daughter-in-law Aishwarya started walking on Tuesday from their residence 'Jalsa' in suburban Mumbai at 0200 hrs towards Prabhadevi in central Mumbai, they said.

They reached Siddhivinayak temple and participated in the 'Kakad' arti (before sunrise).

The serpentine queue of devotees, who come from all over Mumbai and nearby areas, was stopped for over an hour when the Bachchans were offering prayers, sources added.

Every Tuesday, devotees visit the temple in large numbers to offer prayers and some even walk several miles from their homes to the temple to reach in time for the Kakad arti as Tuesday is considered "Lord Ganesha's day".

According to sources, Bachchan, sporting a grey track suit, drove from his bungalow 'Prateeksha' to his other residence 'Jalsa' where he was later joined by Abhishek and Aishwarya to walk towards the temple.

Bachchan's wife Jaya joined them at the temple.

I tell you guys they are very spiritual. They are perfect family. People are true in saying that they first bollywood family! God Bless Them! I am eagerly looking forward to sarkar raj!

They are the family who never feel ashamed in asking for something from GOD and then thanking the GOD when they get something special.

So Bachchans are the ones who remembers god not only in the times of trying but also when they are happy. They share their emotions with GOD.

I feel that they set an example in today's world when everything is getting so mechanical.

Just watching the program on AAj TAK where they are showing how parents are ignoring kids in order to earn more. They believe in giving their kids one mroe dress rather than few minutes of parenting time.

So to see this family enjoying and joining hands togatehr and finding little time to be with each other is very nice to see.

Are they all walking barefoot?

I pity them that theya re not left alone even when they are going to pray to God 😕

I saw in one of the pictures.

She was at the temple. Maybe she can not walk for longer distances thats why she went by car or van....

But she was there at the temple.

No Amar Singh. Maybe he landed on top of the temple in a chopper. 😆 😆 😆
