But in my opinion, saying that Anupama is right and prioritised Anuj and CA is not correct. She never drew boundaries. Her character was shown constantly between 2 households - ex and current . Anuj has understood her responsibilities and only raised an issue when CA got neglected. Mainly they’ve shown his discomfort with Shahs only when CA got affected. I think that way it’s fair when he accuses her for not prioritising them. That said, he should have not encouraged the interaction himself on multiple occasions. How can you move on if you meet your ex every week? Why should audience be told that ‘having a shared life with ex is an amazing way of life post divorce?’ It’s not! If you’ve taken a move to divorce, be bold and show how she progresses without ex and his family. Kids can be met outside if there’s joint custody. No need to meet in presence of ex right?

They probably expected audience to have sympathy towards her character for being a multitasker…but audiences have evolved , we want to watch inspiring characters. Imagine if instead of Shahs, Anupama was shown well settled and doing well for herself in 5 years…and Shahs moved to a bad place in life due to their wrong doings? Won’t that be something audience would like more? Had they shown a successful marriage with Anuj, it would have been a positive change. Anyways….i just feel Anupama did prioritise her ex sasural (you can list all the issues that she’s run there for, clearly they have been that many issues) She walked out of a traumatised kid’s life without clarifying anything. She clarified to Pakhi, Toshu and Baa when they accused her of anything…but didn’t do so to CA or Anuj. Isn’t that prioritising ex wala relationship???

lol I just watched kal ka epi and when Anuj had the accident, this guy was checking his maatha for temperature , bhaisaab aapko chot lagi hai par bukhaar bhi check kar hi leta hoon
