In real life it happened right in front of my eyes. Well not exactly removing the burqas and all but one of my cousins married a Muslim girl in a full on conventional Hindu and Brahminical marriage ceremony.Both the families just let the kids choose for themselves as to how they would want to go about it and this is what they chose. In a pluralistic country like India, these things are more common than the gory stories that make the news.

where did this happen ? i am skeptical about ur story as they dont attend such marriages normally.
