Like I said , problem with Hinduism and Hindu people are they're kindest most gentle and tolerant and accepting of all religions. That gentle tolerance that is inherent to this religion is the reason it receives so much insult and slight and mockery . You can throw a stone at a tree because you know it won't hurl one back at you. Can you so easily throw a stone at dog ?? You know it'll come after you and you won't be getting away with it. Sometimes I wish our religion wasn't so good and tolerant towards everyone n everything.

I still remember what a huge avalanche of hatred a bengali telly actress received just recently for comparing Azaan with music. Yet it is Hindus that are intolerant if we protest against others insulting us to their hearts content. smiley1

Why would you want Hinduism to emulate other religions? I don't know if Hindus are all that you have mentioned because I don't think religion makes a remarkable difference in human life or psyche, having seen humans from all race, religion, caste behaving in similar manner in similar situations

It is not only religion, you know? If it was only religion being the bone of contention, I'd agree

But there is North vs South, Hindi vs Non Hindi, Maharashtrians vs Biharis

Point being, we find a reason to fight with everyone, religion isn't actually playing any role in anyone's life, religion happens to be an easier identity to hold onto

Let me insult Lord and his worshippers in an open forum to support a garbage movie, as if that's not a D move. Disgusting mentality

How would the feculars feel if the table is turned on them and similar action is done to them .

Lord Ram is not a manufacture of a certain political party . He's the Lord Vishnu incarnate , the creator and protector of the world. Even uttering his mere name vanquishes all evil and sins. Every single Hindu every where in the world worships and prays to him. It has nothing got to do with any political affiliation . God is above any politics.

Shame on this forum that this kind of name calling is allowed and the member is not summarily disposed off aka banned.

^^ This. You've said everything I wanted to say.

They would have been shouting for beheading of the makers, forget court and law proceedings smiley4, but of course hindus are the intolerant ones.smiley9

Even the examples you gave are faulty , forget your statement.

In PV, no doubt Khilji was shown as bad ( also I've problem with the statement that showing someone as gay is in and of itself a bad thing. ) , but they showed his wife who is also of the same religion as good and kind , even helping PD and king in jailbreak ,which btw wasn't how it happened . It was done to glorify her.

On the other hand , a Bramhin priest is shown as a creep and betraying the country. A snake.

So , if it at all targeted any religion, it's kind of difficult to say which one .. isn't it 🤔 .

In Animal too they showed Bobby's character as villain and his brothers, but it's not that they showed Ranbir's character as a goody goody boy , did they ! I mean that's the whole shocking element of Animal. Samajh na mushkil hai kaun hero hai aur kaun villain.

So what agenda 🤔.. every movie showing Hindus as bad ?

Itna Sach bhi nehi bolni chahiye, feculars ko acidity ho jati hai smiley36

I have watched Hollywood movies with a common dialogue "Jesus F******* Christ" and calling Christ a putz. Nobody bats an eye there nor any cry over it. Comedian Bharti insulted Hallelujah and used it as a derogatory term. I felt bad that time but now don't care.

My love for God won't be affected nor Christ will be insulted by these ignorant humans who fight over religion and insult God. I believe in all Gods and wil always do so.

Netflix is giving in to pressure which means more shows and movies will be banned and then finally Netflix will be banned.

I hope people know the difference between showing a person belonging to a particular religion as a villain in a movie ( most of the villains in any movie industry in Indian be it Bollywood or South are Hindus. Some of them are shown as devout , like in Karan Arjun. ) , and showing an entire religion and it's God in a bad light and speaking ill about it in a movie. The movie crew were clearly on a negative agenda. Unfortunately this happens only for a particular religion and not in any other religion. They won't dare.

This film reeks of intolerance. It shouldn't even have existed and people have problem with it being removed ?? It just brings into picture the sad state of affairs in our country.

Problem with Hindus, they are wayy too much tolerant. Netflix wouldn't have dared to make this kind of movie for the other religion and release it any Muslim country, will they ?? They won't even think about it, because they know the government will ban not only the movie but Netflix itself.

Ponder and wonder.

^^ Again, some painful truth smiley12

The point about religion can only be kept outside the scope of discussion only when everyone in the room is doing the same courtesy. Not when a specific one is being dragged for specific reasons.

And no, I never said I want Hinduism to emulate any other religion. It's unique and special and glorious that way. It's one of the oldest religions in the world. Most of the contemporary religions have infact gone nearly extinct , yet Hinduism survived . It'll survive till the end of the world as it is. ✨️

Certain leftist and fake woke propagandas are widely prevalent nowadays . But it won't float. It never did.

I do cringe a lot when people say these kind of things in Hollywood movies. And I'm not even Christian.

My question is simple , is it very much necessary to drag God , any form or incarnation of it in such a trivial manner of speech ?? It may not hurt you , but what if it hurts someone else ? Is this not at all possible to convey the same expression without using such a wording ??

Soch badlegi tabhi to duniya badlegi .

Ajkal free speech ke nam pe ye cheap wording or vulgarity kafi jyada ho gayi hai. Respect , politeness are much more important.
