Why can't makers shows Anuj as a Single father ??

He tells Anupama in his dreams that he loves her only and that he can never love anyone else. Then he tells Anupama that he needs her and wants her back in his life.

Then he goes on to say but I will marry Shruti. Then per promo, he’s proposing marriage to Shruti. But he sees Anupama in a cab, and after proposing Shruti for marriage, he’s running after Anupama . He only wanted nanny for his daughter .

Instead of running shru life why he didn't stayed as a single father this could give good message to Indians our thetee who don't acknowledge single father in society.

They literally ruined character of Anuj and anupamaa because of their obsession with shahs

The writers don’t care at all about how the characters behave. They’ll just write a plot to continue the story and make the characters act out of their natural arc, just to suit the story.

Because while they pretend to be progressive and out of the world / Universe / mlutiverse etc., inherently they subscribe to the very set conventional notions about gender. Women can handle the household better, men can handle the outside world better. That's the reason why Vanraj and Anuj both are professionally very successful, but are struggling with their household problems/relationships. It's a different thing that Vanraj does not care about the emotions of his family members so he is fine and Anuj who is fairly better, tried hard, but is still clueless, struggling and finding it difficult to function without Anupamaa and needs a substitute in the form of Shruti. While females like Anupama, Dimpy, and Kavya are professionally unsuccessful. While Dimpy and Kavya are dependent on Vee, Maa is dependent on bheek coming from various sources ..

Why can't they show Anuj as single father?

Why can't they show Anupamaa make a career without missing a man in her life?

Why can't they show educated women who don't count their self worth by either demeaning or copying uneducated women?

Why is only sudharofying toxic people to reconcile them with their partners the only motto of a show claiming to be about empowerment and moving on?
