I am really confused about the current track now. Are they still going to have Armaan and Ruhi together ? Then why showing such closeness with Abhira ? They are confusing everyone by guilt tripping Armaan. It was Ruhi’s decision to marry Rohit, she said yes for the wedding and towards the end when she realized how wrong she was she didn’t wanted to go ahead with it. Agree Armaan asked for kurbani but why is Swarna blaming him when Ruhi herself agreed for the wedding ? And why is Armaan foolishly still thinking about it and saying such stupid and ridiculous things to Abhira ! I really hoping they don’t show Armaan and Ruhi as end game it’s just too bad to even think about it

Sorry but Ruhaan agar hota hai, toh let me tell you Armaan will never be happy. Catching someone's hand to rescue them from a fall, a glance, some hide and seek and going on dates, is not the sign of a BIG LOVE. Arman Poddar is infatuated with Ruhi. Not in Love. HE does not know what it is to be loved actually.

But he will learn, when Abhira leaves him at the end of the year. Abhira's brand of caregiving and silent loving is something that will grow on him. Soon he is going to start seeing how Ruhi is so self obsessed and is going to compare all her tantrums to Abhira's real life anguish.

Ruhi is a spoilt brat, who got her Maasi thrown from the house, because of her own little kaand. Her brain is stuck on that one incident, where in her mind her own guilt found a person to blame. Akshara. And Akshara being Naira's daughter, chose to go away from her family to save a little girl from being orphaned both physically and emotionally.

Armaan is going to find the hard way that when Life brought this twist in his life, it was actually doing him a huge favour. By choosing to marry Abhira he didn't just fulfill his promise to Akshara M'am, but he also got for himself a person who would love him unconditionally and support him for himself. You see Ruhi is only in love with the idea of being in love with Armaan, the glamorous and dashing boy who rescued her. She calls him her soulmate, but in actual fact she is infatuated with a dream boy. There actually is no substance in their love. Kitne din tum ek pretty face ke saath jee sakte ho? Ruhi from inside is a very weak person who is stuck on an incident from her childhood like Aarohi her mother was. Aarohi still matured into a lovely sacrificing person by the end of her life, but I do not accept such magnanimous sacrifice from Ruhi. She is a cry baby, who will never come out of her chosen victimhood. Ruhi loves herself, her grief is so much that she cannot love anybody else. In her insecurities about not sharing her family and her B-Nanu, she is not even processing her guilt about Rohit's ruined life, and is only after Armaan and showing him how much he has betrayed her love for him.

Ruhaan will not be good for Armaan, because a dysfunctional girl cannot bring about the revolution of relationships in a dysfunctional Poddar family. Abhira is the sunshine, (inherited of course from a long line of selfless ladies - Nani Ma, Akshara, Naira, Akshara) who burns herself to give light to her family and friends. Ruhaan can never be the end game. Because Maahira is the light to Ruhaan's darkness.

Armaan will gradually start basking in the love of his wife, and will not know when he truly, madly, deeply (song title from Savage Garden) fell for this chalti firti PJ's and one liners ki dukaan.

I am waiting for the day, when Armaan stops collecting toffees given by Dadisa, and starts collecting candies given by Abhira. I am waiting for the day, when Armaan will give strict instructions to his wife, that he prefers being her Khadoosmaan, than being Armaan Poddar the most successful lawyer in Rajasthan.

you guys are being shortsighted with Ruhaan. There is no need for confusion @Sias2. If you look at all the foreshadowing, you will know they aren't going for Ruhaan at all. The 4th generation story will end real fast if they put Ruhaan together. Besides the fact that it will also be boring. Opposed to that Maahira story has so many possibilities, the biggest being that this pair will revolutionise the life of Arman Poddar, the same way that Naira revolutionised her Mendhak's life.

I think Khaddoosman, is a great moniker to give takkar to our adorable Mendhak. That is why I say Maahira is Kaira V 2.0 And having said so, I look forward to watching Maahira's story for the next 2-3 years of ITV.
