So yes as a mentor and a boyfriend he helped her career like how alia is getting help from karan. When her and rk broke up, she literally ran to salman crying on his shoulder and he took her back, there were pictures in the media of her crying on salman's shoulder. He helped her but she also was beautiful and shine through with beauty.

If we're handing out props to Salman for her success, let's not forget to pin the blame on him for the not-so-great careers of Zareen Khan, Sneha Ullal, Daisy Shah, and the rest of them. Was Salman not generous enough to them?
