This so called rule has been broken many many times before .Big Boss 8 Sonali Rant walked up to Ali ( it was not a reaction to a physical abuse like in the case of Samarth and Abhishek ) and she gave a tight slap on Ali's face , Ali had been talking about her in a degrading manner .Sonali was nominated for the rest of the season and Ali was removed from captaincy . If Abhishek has to be evicted then so should Samarth be ( my opinion ) .
