In season 1, there was a female triangle in that track too (Malini was there all through out). They brought in a guy who was for the female lead, a support system and a potential male lead after how Aditya was ruined etc.

ASR was one of the best male leads of ITV, and I've seen Arylie track so I can tell you. He wasn't a third angle, he was brought as the lead.

Third angles don't have positive qualities to whisk away the leads.

TRP is from 23rd Dec to 29th December

mehendi Day par Agastya supposed accident, 2 episodes of sangeet, one episode of nahi hona tha pyar sequence, shadi and stalker attack, imlie walking out of Chaudhary house

Although that one day of drama and lead couple's scenes are helping the show to achieve stable TRPs, the blackmailing track is deterring it from getting a raise. Audience don't like leads getting blackmailed. I have seen this trend before as well. Also Imlie is in a highly competitive slot. This slot cannot work without high end drama. Which is not the case for other shows. Also I so knew maa would be no 1 this week. 8-8:30 pm time slots are difficult.

Anyway there are only two other new shows which are supposed to come on SP. The time slots we already know which will be taken. So as of now Imlie is safe.

Imlie is Top 3 show. Anupama is 1 and Ghum and YRK are joint 2nd. Imlie is next and main thing is Tarak dropped to 1.9. So we are slot leaders also.
