Jayesh does look like it - and probably frustrated he didnt make it before.

Yeah, Ishika can be the one who makes Babita do things that lead to their wedding (if at all the story goes along the lines of the 'alleged' spoiler.)

Ishika: Is she the one who suggested the Ahuja's to move in into the same complex as her bf Jayesh? May have figured she doesnt need to travel to work. As it is she does make them have a party almost everyday.

I wont say demise - more like the difference b/w a really good show and an average one thats a bit more than just surviving because Sriti is in it. Think the show has enough elements in it to do well. whether it goes from there to being really good is to be seen. Was pleased to see the Jan1 ep in that sense - gave hints that the writers do have it in them. Of course, kind of came back to normal later on.

No idea. still not restored - even the handlename is changed. Am following a verified a/c which got hacked around 10 days back. Even that is not yet restored. So dont know how long it will take.

Referring to your post in SM thread (thought we'll keep discussions here).

Yup, the confetti is a stupid plan by Ishika - all arranged minutes before its delivery. [Also coloured my impression of the ep.]

If the other clip is from today (they started shooting again today) then this wedding does go to the wire. Lohri plan of Amruta seems to have failed. Expect a 'ruk jao, ye shadi nahi ho sakti' from Amruta.

PS: If there is Haldi and Mehndi, sangeet too, we have at least 3 more functions to go. Guess it will be on the last day of her job with Virat that she will get the truth of Rajiv to them (around 20th Jan). Tab tak... functions.

Yeah.. was just thinking about it. Are these 'plans' kept stupid so that they cant be replicated? Reg that white shirt, it will come off while one is wearing them... dont know what made it wait for some time.

The gown function... perhaps ... oh... they were practicing for sangeet - the one that ended up being Virat-Amruta dance. No idea... kuch na kuch function hai - and hopefully they are finally moving into wedding (or at least the climax of this plot).

But its not as bad as it sounds too. overdose of function, true. can be more normal (working) days. perhaps go into Gautam angle too.

They already started shooting of wedding day as all are in red saree and Nimrit had kalerein on her hand which I think Punjabi bride puts on her wedding day. As expected wedding will be stopped last minute sixth phera typical ITV climax. Hope now they speed up with wedding functions.

They still haven't shown an ulterior motive for Ishika. She should have been the numero Uno villain in the show, but unfortunately with all the Ahuja ladies being almost villain-like in their behaviour, Ishika’s character has been relegated to the sidelines. There are complaints from members (who have commented in the past) that there are no sensible female characters in the Ahuja family (think it was Ambsug). This shouldn't have been the case. I also think that for Ishika to be a more effective villain, Bhavani should move back in with Jayesh, rather than make the former come to the Ahuja parties in order to stay relevant.

In addition to the points you mentioned, it makes no sense for Ishika to cause trouble for Amruta. She got what she wanted. She got Jayesh, the house, the fd.. Why continue to lock horns with Amruta? It made sense when Amruta, Bhavani were asking for help from Jayesh, there was a danger of him softening his stance for them, but that is no longer the case now. They are just forcing Ishika down viewers’ throats in situations where she is no longer required, ideally her ss should have been given to Jayesh. I wanted to know more about Jayesh’s thoughts, his views (of course they showed it in the court hearing) but it was more blaming Bhavani, and less on his kids. How can he think that they will just accept a stranger woman over their biological mother? This hasn't been justified enough by the makers.

Ishika's motives are not justified from day one. We need more details about her. And yes, Jayesh never introduced Ishika before and never talked about her to his kids toh he can't force her on them (as you mentioned). Like "Hey she is my GF, you have to accept her and stay with me" What the hell is this? And most important he is not divorced Agar pehle problem ta why not tell Bhavani "I'll be there only for the kids but we cannot be together, I'll help"...maybe things wouldn't be that complicated. Bhavani was also wrong, holding on to him (but can't blame her until now, she is getting on my nerves).

Waise Ishika ka kya problem hai? Why did she end up with Jayesh? Why does she hate Amruta? Amu ne kya kiya? Why after such a family who has not much to offer you and didn't do anything against you? And blablabla...There is no logic. The makers better have something interesting in store.

Plus I would like to know, what went wrong with Jayesh in the past and Amu needed to take two jobs to help him. Was he a bad businessman? So much information but no answer yet.
